Craftyscrappers - Blog Hop

HELLO CRAFTY TOURISTS

WELCOME TO TOWN CRAFTYSCRAPPERS

We are proud citizens of town Craftyscrappers. Our crafty town is being run by Mayor.Konica Das and Deputy Mayor.Jesse Zedek.

This month we are celebrating 6th birthday of our town and we like to invite you to visit my crafty castle/museum/handmade store (choose any one). Every year, we have crafty tourists visiting our town and joining us in celebration.

We invite everyone to join us on this occasion and hop on & off our crafty bus.

Our blog bus runs from April 2 until April 16 and we have prizes for a lucky visitor on May 5, who will receive lovely gifts from us.

I welcome you to see one of my unique crafty creation made for this special occasion. I have made a birthday card using Craftyscrappers "Sending Sketchy" stamp set with beautiful roses branch.

Have a look at my creation .....

now, Step by Step tutorial for the card...

1. Took a 4" by 6" watercolour smooth card stock.

2. Stamped the bunch of roses image using Archival ink and then masked the image using masking sheet from craftyscrappers to add some leaves around the image.

3. When I was satisfied with the stamping coloured my floral using zig markers and watercolour pencils.

4. Added some Gray colour around the image to give a raised look to my image.

5. Added some colour splatters and bling for more interest.

6. The sequins are also from craftyscrappers.

7. Finally added the sentiment from the same stamp set. The sentiment is heat embossed.

Spring floral card

Hello friends,
Today I am sharing a very clean n simple card with you...
I love this spring stamp set with a happy spring sentiment.
I found it so apt for current challenge at AAACards challenges Here 

Here is my card have a look.

I have made a 4" by 4" note card. Stamped the image using white embossing powder and colours the image. Stamped the sentiment.

Cut the image using rectangular die and adhered it on the card base. Hope you like my card.

Rainbow floral card

Rainbow floral card

Hello crafty friends,

Today I have come up with a beautiful floral card...

I love rainbows and you would always see rainbow colours in my card.

Have a look at my card....

This time tried making the background by just rubbing the mini distress cubes on a watercolour card stock and then sprayed some water mist to get the desired result.

In this card I have used lovely Hibiscus Mini stamp from Mudra craft stamps. Stamped the images fussy cut them and arranged them on the bottom of the card and coloured them with rainbow colours too.

Lastly used Thanks Die from Mudra for the sentiment. I have layered it thrice to give it a raised look.

I love the Celebrate holi stamp set. Its a super versatile stamps set with all holi elements like colourful balloons, colour plates, Pichkari, colour splashes, Gujiya plate and apt and beautiful sentiments..

Shimmmery mixed media card

Hello crafty friends,

How r u all doing.....??

Recently I got my very first set of Lindys spray colours.

I was just dying to use these and they are just awesome to use.

I made some hand made flowers and coloured them using the sprays....

I was inspired to make this colourful card when I saw this months mood board for few challenges below, and came up with a  mixed media card using these lovely flowers and few embellishments.

I used a watercolour card stock and applied some textures using stencils and texture paste and few old book paper.
Made the colourful background using sprays and then coloured the chipboard embellishments from "papericious" with the sprays too. 
I have used few small flowers too to embellish my card.

Thinking of you

Hello crafty friends,

Today I am sharing a CAS one layer card 

Have a look.....

For this card I have used the stamps from four different stamp sets..

The bird is from Altnew Stamps, The musical notes from Strike the band from MFT stamps, The leaves from Mudra craft stamps and lastly the sentiment from my stash...

I first stamped the bird image and then masked it and stamped the leaves around it. Lastly added the sentiment "Thinkling of you" and the musial notes.

Loved making this card, hope you all like it.
